Holy Hannah! I feel so amazing today! Want to know why? Well, I'm going to tell you! Every morning I take DoTERRA's vitamins and use some oils! I take the Lifelong Vitality Pack, Mito2Max, TerraZyme and PB Assist. I have roller bottles of Slim & Sassy, Lemon and Digetzen that I apply each morning. I love DoTERRA! These vitamins support my cells, immune system, digestive system, energy and so much more. For me when I take them daily, I get a much more restful sleep. I wake up refreshed and ready to take on my day. BONUS, it helps manage my hormones!!! When I miss a day, I can definitely feel it. I am sluggish and just want to sleep all day long. Oh! Another thing! When I use my Slim & Sassy roller, I actually CRAVE water. I am not a big water drinker, but that sure helps!
