Hey! I'm Becky - wife, mother to 3 kiddos and 5 fur babes. I love being with my family, the outdoors and being creative. Join me as I become honest with myself and go for my dreams!

My Why

To start, I can be honest with myself through writing. I know I am not the best at writing, but it is what works for me. It holds me accountable to doing my work-outs and having a healthy food plan. I will be able to track where I am on my road to becoming a certified DDP Yoga Instructor. Maybe somehow I can help others on their path to becoming healthy and honest with themselves.
